AAAAHHH! We are going to Gilmore's for dinner! This is quite possibly THE BEST French restaurant around...AND a BYOB! Yaaaaaaaay!I'm going to take a very special bottle along that I carried back from France in October. It's a Cabernet France blend from Amboise. I am so excited!
Yes, I do love foie gras and escargots! And yes, the foie gras at Gilmores is from humanely-raised duckies. YAY.
Will report back on quality of wine and food. Hope high expectations are exceeded. :)
